What is backed up? Where? How? Most back-up solutions involve Data dumps into multiple .csv or Excel spreadsheet files. These files often do not contain the entirety of your Data and cannot include documents, images, videos, and the like. Each spreadsheet typically includes Data from all of your clients, customers, or items. And the number of spreadsheets can be dozens or hundreds. You must search through each of these spreadhseets to identify, collect, and compile the Data for one client or item. Also, since Data lines are not regularly associated with a client or item name, but rather by internal reference numbers, you are left wondering to which client or item information belongs.
